Return & Refund Policy

Can i return or request for refund?

We apologize that we are not able to offer returns or refunds no matter what is your reason.

How if i receive damage item?

If you receive a package and your item is damaged or in need of repair please email us directly at sales@superlighting.com.my. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for shipping products back to Super Lighting. Please email us shipping information at sales@superlighting.com.my if you decide to return a product and we will keep an eye out for your shipment. 

Any warranty?

We will test our product and make sure it's in good condition before arrange shipment.

For product warranty  we will exchange for any malfunction product within the warranty period subject to customer bearing courier charges sending back the malfunctioning product. We will however pay for transport fees for sending back to customer the product exchanged for.
